By accessing or using PayHook's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

PayHook provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency payment monitoring platform that allows users to monitor blockchain transactions and receive webhook notifications. We do not hold, control, or have access to your cryptocurrency assets.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update such information to keep it current. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Non-Custodial Nature

PayHook is a non-custodial service. We do not hold, store, or have access to your cryptocurrency or private keys. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet addresses and private keys. PayHook is not liable for any loss of cryptocurrency due to wallet compromise, loss of private keys, or incorrect wallet addresses.

5. Service Fees and Payment

Service fees are based on your selected subscription plan. All fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

6. API Usage

You agree to use our API in accordance with our documentation and not to abuse, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend API access for violations.

7. Webhooks and Data

You are responsible for securing your webhook endpoints. PayHook sends webhook notifications but cannot guarantee delivery if your endpoints are unavailable. You should implement proper security measures including signature verification.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use PayHook for illegal activities, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activities that violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. PayHook may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

10. Limitation of Liability

PayHook's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of cryptocurrency, loss of profits, or loss of data.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PayHook harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued. You remain responsible for any fees incurred prior to termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
