PayHook

Terms of Service

Effective: 24 May 2026

By creating an account or using PayHook (payhook.app and its subdomains), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

PayHook is a non-custodial crypto payment monitoring service. We watch public blockchain addresses you provide on BSC, TRON, and Ethereum, detect incoming payments, and deliver signed webhook notifications to your server. We also provide a hosted checkout page your customers can use to send payment.

PayHook does not hold, custody, or transmit cryptocurrency. Customer funds are sent directly from the payer's wallet to the merchant's wallet address. We never access or control private keys.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

One person or entity may maintain multiple accounts, but each account must use a unique email address.

3. Billing and payment

PayHook offers three plans: Free, Pro, and Scale. All paid plans are billed in USDT from a prepaid balance you top up through the dashboard. Plan details and pricing are described on the Pricing page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PayHook to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

5. API usage

Access to the PayHook API is governed by these terms. We may impose rate limits to maintain service quality. Abuse of API endpoints (excessive requests, scraping, automated account creation) may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

6. Webhooks

Webhook deliveries are signed with HMAC-SHA256. It is your responsibility to verify webhook signatures before acting on them. Failed deliveries retry on an exponential schedule. We make reasonable efforts to deliver webhooks reliably, but do not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by blockchain network congestion, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to PayHook. We use your data only to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time through the dashboard.

9. Intellectual property

PayHook and its logo, design, and documentation are our intellectual property. These terms do not grant you any rights to use our branding except as needed to describe your integration (e.g. "Payments powered by PayHook").

10. Disclaimer of warranties

PayHook is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at any particular time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayHook's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to PayHook in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost cryptocurrency.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PayHook harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (liability, indemnification, disputes) will survive termination.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
